I dislike the fact that I never received the order, and never received any satisfactory response as to why it never came.

I truly apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced with your order. We understand how disappointing it is when something you’ve been looking forward to doesn’t arrive as expected. After reviewing the details of your order, it appears that the package was in transit for an extended period, which is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide although USPS is out of our control. While our return and replacement policy requires notification within 7 days of being marked as delivered we didn't hear from you until a month later.
