Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $100 and over ship free. Gift cards, Specialty boxes and items marked 'Free Shipping' are not calculated in the $100 minimum. Orders containing items shipping from The Creamery are charged a separate shipping fee and will arrive in 2 packages.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST.

Our turnaround time is as follows:

Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Fulfillment Center within 3 business days.
Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days. Semi-Annual sales during Black Friday and our Birthday celebration, we ask you allow approximately 7-14 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed. Orders do not begin to process until the last day of the sale.
Hot Coco & Nosh Boxes ship within 5 business days of the release date given on the box.
Pre-Order items & Monthly Yoni Soap Stocking Event orders will ship within 5 business days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date.

All of our products are filled by weight, not volume, and in some instances products that are whipped may settle or melt during shipping, depending on the time of year. If your product arrives melted please use the contact us form for instructions to re-fluff your product. Expedited shipping is also available on request. For products that are whipped, some settling may occur and the jar may not appear completely filled when you receive it, however, the weigh of the product is the same. Products will not be replaced for melting during hot months, so please order at your discretion.

Amazing

This cream has been so helpful with my grand babies eczema. It’s not thick and sticky like most creams for eczema. It’s a very lite feeling cream and the scent is refreshing. Love it!

Absolute Favorite

This is my 3rd time purchasing this amazing product. It is the only baby lotion that keeps my son's sensitive skin feeling newborn soft and doubles as a hair moisturizer. I have noticed that this last batch is thicker so there was no melting from the island heat and thats amazing!!! The scent is so yummy I am constantly sniffing my munchkin1q

Good for infants
