Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $100 and over ship free. Gift cards, Specialty boxes and items marked 'Free Shipping' are not calculated in the $100 minimum. Orders containing items shipping from The Creamery are charged a separate shipping fee and will arrive in 2 packages.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. 
Our turnaround time is as follows:
  • Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Fulfillment Center within 3 business days. 
  • Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days. Semi-Annual sales during Black Friday and our Birthday celebration, we ask you allow approximately 7-14 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed. Orders do not begin to process until the last day of the sale. 
  • Hot Coco & Nosh Boxes ship within 5 business days of the release date given on the box.
  • Pre-Order items & Monthly Yoni Soap Stocking Event orders will ship within 5 business days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date.

PLEASE NOTE: ANY ITEMS PURCHASED WITH THE HOT COCO BOX WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE BOX'S RELEASE DATE! Hot Coco Boxes are automatically filtered in our ordering system and we will not see your order for fulfillment until the date the boxes are scheduled to ship. You can purchase multiple boxes on the same order, however, if you would like to purchase any product from our shop we ask you make a separate order from your Hot Coco Box so there will not be any delay in shipping those items.All products will be all natural & mainly organic, the standard you have come to expect from Cream & Coco Free standard shipping (US orders only, If you would like a box shipped express or internationally please email us hello@creamandcoco.com for a shipping invoice) The Hot Coco box is not a subscription box. While we will try our best to offer them every month, they are not guaranteed, and once they sell out for the current month we will be unable to open more orders until the following month. Since it is not a subscription, you will need to purchase your box every month you would like one. The boxes range $20-$45 each, depending on the products we have planned for you that month.
