Dalmation Jasper, also known as "Dalmation Stone", is a grounding stone, in terms of with the Earth and in reality. It removes disillusionment, helping one to see their strengths and weaknesses more clearly. Dalmation Jasper brings a sense of fun to one's life and helps to increase loyalty in relationships.

Since traditional waist beads are strung on cotton cord (and without a clasp/hook) they can be a good tool to measure weight gain and loss. They will not stretch; they will either break or continue to roll up the waist when weight has been gained. How To Wear: Wrap your beads around your waist in the position you want to wear them. For weight management, it's best to begin them very high, close to bra line, so you can enjoy them dropping as you lose. Once you decide on placement, remove any extra beads if necessary by carefully un-straining them. Tie 4-5 tight knots where the beads join. You add a drop of glue to the knot to help secure. Cut any additional string. Waist beads can be worn at all times and are not intended to be removed until you are ready to release them and change to a new set. The beads may dull with body products or soap, and is normal. Gently clean them if you desire with soap and water. You can use a bit of natural oil to give them sheen. If you would like them to be removeable, tie them loosely very low on your body in order to lift them off to remove. Your beads can endure almost any activity, but use caution when dressing and using the restroom to not catch the strands and break them.
