Hibiscus Tea & Aegle Marmelo Elderberry Syrup Kit

Nourishing antioxidant immune support. Aegle marmelos possesses anti-diarrheal, antimicrobial, antiviral, antipyretic, diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties to help boost the immune system. Elderberries are a strong antioxidant with effective anti-inflammatory properties. It's been shown to elevate the immune system to keep the flu at bay, and if it's too late, elderberries can reduce the severity and duration of a cold. Prepare the syrup to keep you and your family’s immune systems healthy all winter long.

Directions Simmer contents of package in 2 cups of filtered water, allow to cool and strain berries. Add 1 cup honey to the infused water. Mix well, store in a glass jar or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. Do not give to children under 1 if prepared with honey.

Adults can take 1-2 tablespoons daily. Children over 1 can take one teaspoon daily.

***Founder's fav recipe: Cut 1/4 a fresh pineapple, washed and cut into chunks including the rind. Add half an orange, fresh ginger and boil in 2c filtered water for 30 minutes. Add kit contents and simmer an additional 30mins. Add 1 cup honey to the infused water. Mix well, store in a glass jar or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. The pineapple is great for soothing coughs.

After you have prepared the syrup, cover botanicals with water and bring to a boil. Strain herbs. add natural sweetener and enjoy the immunity boosting herbal tea before discarding the herbs.***
