Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $100 and over ship free. Gift cards, Specialty boxes and items marked 'Free Shipping' are not calculated in the $100 minimum. Orders containing items shipping from The Creamery are charged a separate shipping fee and will arrive in 2 packages.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. 
Our turnaround time is as follows:
  • Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Fulfillment Center within 3 business days. 
  • Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days. Semi-Annual sales during Black Friday and our Birthday celebration, we ask you allow approximately 7-14 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed. Orders do not begin to process until the last day of the sale. 
  • Hot Coco & Nosh Boxes ship within 5 business days of the release date given on the box.
  • Pre-Order items & Monthly Yoni Soap Stocking Event orders will ship within 5 business days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date. 
  • Please note business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: any items placed in the same order with pre-order items will not ship until the pre-order shipping date, found  on the product. Pre-orders are automatically filtered in our ordering system and we will not see your order for fulfillment until the date the pre-orders are scheduled to begin shipping.

Once your order is pulled for fulfillment you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).

Smells amazing!

I'm a Mocha Sumatra kinda girl but...this is neck and neck for my new fave! After looking at it for a while, I finally decided to try it and I'm so glad I did. The smell is heavenly, and it leaves a soft, pleasant lingering scent on my skin. It lathers great and I love how clean and moisturized I feel after showering. If you're thinking about trying, just do it!!

Springtime

Wonderful springtime soap, it helps to combat allergy symptoms. The steam from the shower along with the chili smell helps those stuffy days.

Amazing Handmade Soap

It is my opinion to say that these soaps are the best soaps I have ever used in my life. I do have sensitive skin and none of these soaps have ever broken me out or gave me any type of bad reaction. Actually it has improved my skin brightened dark spots and moisturized my skin totally. Upon using these soaps within days you will see a drastic change and to continue and use them daily your skin will become flawless! The properties that are inside the make up of these soaps are just amazing they clean extremely well & the lather is great and they last forever. I have used these soaps when it was down to the very very end and I still was able to clean my whole body. They are natural and they smell amazing and it's nothing artificial inside them that will hurt you. So please stock up on these products because I will forever be a Patron and continue to purchase these soaps because nothing else has worked for me. And this soap here has some great skin brightening qualities if you suffer from hyperpigmentation or dry skin so get you some!
